This autumn isn’t solely about witches, with [Agatha All Along](https://www.gadgetlad.co.uk/article/agatha-darkhold-diaries-release-date-plot-cast-news.html) and the [musical Wicked](https://www.gadgetlad.co.uk/article/when-do-tickets-for-wicked-go-on-sale.html) creating quite a buzz online. Nah mate, it’s the time of gruesome clowns! Initially, we had [Joker: Folie à Deux](https://www.gadgetlad.co.uk/article/is-joker-2-a-musical.html) arriving in theaters in early October, and if that didn’t suffice, a week later Terrifier 3 crept into cinemas like a scruffy Geordie on a night out – only less stomach-churning (debatable).
The newest Terrifier chapter trails Art the Clown – everybody’s beloved nightmare-inducer – on yet another festive killing spree. It’s got audiences fleeing, tossing their popcorn, and then some! It’s poised to be a Halloween staple, unless you’re more into knitting or something like that.
If you’re curious about when you can lounge at home, crack open some cans, and catch this horror extravaganza on your sofa, I’ve got all the intel you need. Keep reading, you filthy animals.
How to watch Terrifier 3 now
Alright, if you want to witness this mayhem unfold **now**, you’ll need to step outside. Yeah, I get it. A hassle. But trust me, you’ll be grateful.
In the US, you can secure tickets from [AMC Theatres](https://www.amctheatres.com/movies/terrifier-3-75276) and [Fandango](https://www.fandango.com/terrifier-3-2024-237168/movie-overview). If you’re in the UK like me, our lovely cinemas are showing it at [Vue](https://www.myvue.com/film/terrifier-3), [Cineworld](https://www.cineworld.co.uk/films/terrifier-3/ho00011972), and [Odeon](https://www.odeon.co.uk/films/terrifier-3/HO00006213/). Believe me – this film’s experience is much better on a large screen with a massive bag of Munchies.
Here’s the trailer to whet your appetite for the carnage.
When will Terrifier 3 be released on VOD?
Here’s the frustrating part – **no confirmed VOD date yet**. The film’s distributor, Cineverse, is being coy, but if you’re familiar with the timelines of horror flicks, there’s still hope.
The previous Terrifier disasterpiece made its way to digital platforms merely 36 days after scaring the daylights out of cinema-goers. So, sticking to that logic, Terrifier 3 might be up for rent or purchase by **mid-November 2024**. Indeed, you could be scaring yourself senseless from the comfort of your own abode before the year wraps up.
But don’t etch that date on your skin just yet – it’s merely speculation. Cineverse is keeping their cards close to their chest, those crafty devils.
When could Terrifier 3 be released on streaming services?
Now, regarding streaming, this is where things may get a bit unclear. Terrifier 2 appeared on [ScreamBox](https://www.screambox.com/) just 25 days post its theatrical debut, but don’t bank on that happening this time. The buzz surrounding Terrifier 3 is larger than a Primark sale, and the creators will likely want to continue cashing in that sweet box office dough.
That said, I believe there’s a solid chance we won’t have to wait indefinitely. With the slasher’s festive chaos atmosphere, **Thanksgiving** could be an ideal moment to drop it on ScreamBox – so perhaps **around 28 November 2024**. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it arrive closer to Christmas, hence prepare for some bloody holiday cheer.
Again, that’s just me using my Geordie intuition (and a bit of Google). Cineverse is staying tight-lipped, so we’ll have to wait for the official announcement.
When will Terrifier 3 be released on DVD/Blu-ray?
Ah, physical media – for those of us who enjoy collecting junk or simply prefer to avoid buffering. In line with the projections for streaming and VOD, we’re relying on educated guesses here, folks.
If Cineverse adheres to the same timetable as they did with Terrifier 2, you could be finding the DVD or Blu-ray under your Christmas tree. We’re looking at **around 25 December 2024** for physical editions.
However – and this is significant – if Terrifier 3 continues to rake in those box office figures, they may delay the DVD/Blu-ray release to early 2025. More time for viewers to get their scares in theaters before tarnishing their carpets with fake blood for the home version.

There you have it, folks. Terrifier 3 is now playing in theaters, and if you’re looking forward to watching it at home, keep an eye out for mid-November VOD, a potential Thanksgiving debut on ScreamBox, and a dreadful Christmas treat in the form of a DVD. If you’re a fan of clowns, homicide, and a sprinkle of holiday spirit (by that I mean blood), you’re in for a delight. If not, then why on earth are you still reading this?
Now off you go, get lost and stop clowning around.
